  • What platforms can I play these guitar controllers on?

    • PC (Clone Hero and YARG)

    • XBox 360, One, and Series S (Rock Band and Guitar Hero)

    • PlayStation 3, 4, 5 (Rock Band and Guitar Hero)

    • Fortnite Festival for Playstation, Xbox and PC

  • Platforms that we cannot support:

    • Wii

    • PlayStation 2

    • Nintendo Switch

    • Misc platforms that are not listed in the “Platforms We Support” section above.

  • Can I switch between platforms?

    • Yes, the authentication port will be used so that the system recognizes the controller. Tutorial video is coming soon.

  • Do you offer cordless versions?

    • We are not offering cordless guitars at this time since this introduces complications with lag while playing as well as connectivity glitches.

    • Each guitar comes with a detachable cord (USB-C) which then plugs into your platform of choice. This ensures a more consistent play experience than a cordless controller would offer during this time.

  • When will I receive my controller?

Please allow 6-8 weeks from the order date to fulfill and deliver your controller. This is also communicated in each controller listing because we hope to give you a heads up in case you need it by a certain date. We are a team of two with several made-to-order controllers that tend to come in all at one time. This may seem like a long time to some folks, but we do our best and know that you will love your final product.

Warranty

What if something breaks or stops working?

Although each controller is play-tested before shipping, there can still be issues that pop up later. Every part is able to be replaced, so there is a high chance you won’t have to ship the guitar back and forth. Things like strum bars, frets, and ports/cables can easily be replaced if they become faulty through wear or part failure. Parts can be replaced easily on your own by ordering the replacement in the soon-to-be “Replacement Parts” tab.

Our warranty covers the controller for technology errors or design flaws in the first 60 days. This covers the things as mentioned above at no cost in this period, since technology can be unpredictable in the first few months of its life. However, warranty does not cover wear and tear. We cannot replace a guitar that has been dropped, thrown, damaged externally, or roughly played with. We honor the integrity of the design and will offer solutions on a case-by-case basis. If you have any more questions about your guitar, please fill out the contact form and we will reach out shortly:

How do you handle returns?

After an order is placed, you qualify for a full refund if the guitar has not yet been manufactured, which gives you roughly 5-7 days after the purchase date. You will receive a partial refund after the guitar has begun production and you still wish to return the controller. If you receive your guitar and you wish to return it, there will be no full refund. As mentioned above, each return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a design flaw or electronics flaw that moves you to not want to fix it and completely return it, you may qualify for a partial refund. If you simply change your mind about owning the guitar altogether after receiving it and the guitar is in good working condition, we cannot give you a refund. If you wish to reach out regarding a controller you have ordered or received that falls in this criteria, please reach out on our Contact Us tab.

Stock guitars qualify for full refund until ship date.

We do not have a program for exchanges. If you find that you’re in a position where an exchange is something you want, you will have to return the initial order and place another order for a second controller variant.

  • You have 30 days to return the controller if you are not interested in using warranty options and simply wish to return the guitar controller.

  • Commission guitar controllers are never eligible for a full refund unless it is within 5 days of the purchase date. The maximum refund will always be $100 short of your final payment due to the $100 non-refundable deposit that was communicated before checkout. The deposit is included in the final price of the guitar and it is not a separate fee.

  • Stock guitars are sometimes eligible for full refunds even after the consumer receives the controller. If the consumer wishes to return the guitar controller with no interest in repairs, exchanges, or modifications within the first 30 days, the full refund will be given with the exception of when damages occur. Any damages to the guitar controller that are the fault of the consumer in the first 30 days will alter your refund amount.

  • The guitar controller that is being returned needs to follow our shipping instructions which will be sent to the consumer after they send the refund request. The consumer must use the appropriate shipping instructions to ensure the guitar makes it back to the sender the way the consumer received it. Damages occurring during shipping from not following the shipping instructions will alter your refund amount.

  • Please do not run or jump with the guitar controller, drop the controller, smash the controller, break the controller, play rough with the controller, spill liquids or food on the controller, leave it in heat above 75 degrees or cold below 40 degrees, store it in high humidity, or store it in cars or garages. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
